Simple Turkey Sandwich Recipes

INGREDIENTS
  • 2slices 100% whole-wheat bread
  • 1teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2ounces sliced deli turkey
  • 1medium Fuji apple (or your favorite kind), cored and very thinly sliced, divided
  • 1ounce cheddar, thinly sliced
  • 1teaspoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Toast bread if desired. Spread 1 slice bread with mustard.
  2. Top with turkey, 1/3 apple slices, and cheddar. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Assemble sandwich with remaining slice bread and serve with remaining apple slices.
