- INGREDIENTS
- 2slices 100% whole-wheat bread
- 1teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2ounces sliced deli turkey
- 1medium Fuji apple (or your favorite kind), cored and very thinly sliced, divided
- 1ounce cheddar, thinly sliced
- 1teaspoon olive oil
- DIRECTIONS
- Toast bread if desired. Spread 1 slice bread with mustard.
- Top with turkey, 1/3 apple slices, and cheddar. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Assemble sandwich with remaining slice bread and serve with remaining apple slices.
