Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup can substitute can of chicken broth - just add a little more breadcrumbs
- 1-1 1/2 C seasoned breadcrumbs, saltine crackers, croutons or mix
- dash of seasoned salt and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Cook chicken breast in crockpot for a few hours on low.
- Then add cream of chicken soup, breadcrumbs, crackers, croutons, and seasoning. Cook another couple hours.
- Pull chicken out of pot and shred. Mix back into crockpot, cook another hour.
- Serve on buns.
