Ingredients
- 2 boxes (3 oz each) Pineapple Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 quart pineapple sherbet
- 1 small container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Empty Jell-O into a large bowl. Add boiling water and stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Using an electric mixer, beat in sherbet until dissolved. Beat in whipped topping until smooth and combined.
- Refrigerate mixture until firm. Scoop out and serve.
