Ingredients
  • 2 boxes (3 oz each) Pineapple Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 quart pineapple sherbet
  • 1 small container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
  1. Empty Jell-O into a large bowl. Add boiling water and stir until Jell-O is dissolved. Using an electric mixer, beat in sherbet until dissolved. Beat in whipped topping until smooth and combined.
  2. Refrigerate mixture until firm. Scoop out and serve.
